Refunds and Cancellation
When money comes back, and how quickly.
Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
A subscription is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not used a paid feature — no contact unlocked, no lead received. After that, or once paid features have been used, the period is not refundable.
Free trials
A trial costs nothing and ends on its own. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Money held for a job
Where we hold payment for a one-off job, it is released to the provider when you confirm the work, or automatically after the stated number of days if nothing is raised.
Raise a complaint before release and the money is frozen until the dispute is decided. A decision in the customer's favour returns the money to the original payment method.
Monthly engagements
An invoice already paid for a period that has been served is not refundable. Pausing or ending an engagement stops future invoices.
How refunds reach you
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment gateway, normally within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Raise it from the engagement, or write to support@kaamconnect.in. We reply within 15 days.
