Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us for using this platform.
What this platform is
KaamConnect introduces customers to service providers. We are a marketplace and an intermediary. We do not employ the workers and vendors listed here, and we do not perform the services ourselves. The contract for the work is between the customer and the provider.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your login, and for keeping your password to yourself. Give accurate information — a platform built on verification does not survive false details, and accounts found to be false are suspended.
What verification means
A verification badge means we checked specific documents at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of quality, conduct or outcome. Use your own judgement, particularly where someone will be working in your home.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance unless stated otherwise. Where money for a job is held by us before release, we hold it as a stakeholder and release it on confirmation, on the automatic release date, or as decided in a dispute.
Platform fees are stated before you pay. Provider rates are set by providers.
Conduct
Do not misrepresent who you are, harass anyone, publish someone else's photographs or work as your own, or use the platform to arrange anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove an account for any of these, and we say why.
Content you submit
Photographs, videos and reviews you submit stay yours. You give us permission to display them on the platform. We may decline or take down anything that is misleading, offensive, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks these terms — including after it has been published.
Our liability
We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or work quality of providers, or for loss arising from an engagement between a customer and a provider. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You may close your account at any time. We may end your access for a breach of these terms, with reasons.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
